Day 1

24/11
We woke up early in the morning (slighty dazzed and confused from the night before, fun anyway!) and still a few to do in the house, people to say goodbye and stuff.
12 noon we hit the open freeway!!! GOLDIE to wherever it takes us.
First stop, supplies!
Lunch, sushi at YAMBA! Beautiful!
On the way, we missed the Big Prawn, but we got the Big Banana.
For our overnight stop, we found a lovelly spot by the river in URANGA, nice dinner.
A bit of trouble trying to get some sleep. First night out, a bit scary! Even my stomach noise was waking us up every now and then.

Mrs Mac!

From the very begining....
driving around when we saw a van for sale and that was what gave us our drive to go to WA. For the following weeks all we could think about was getting "A" van.
Some time later, after checking around we finally found her, over in Warwick.
We had a go and she drove smoth as. Everything else apparently was in fine conditions.
DEAL!
That's us, proud of our new baby!
Few weeks, few months... paint job and a fit out, always in betwwen beers and spanners, we got her sort it, she was born, the beast became the beauty.

From then on, we dubed her... MRS MAC, SUPERTRAMP!
Thanks Robin for all your help!

Getting Ready!

All right! Sunday 22/11/09, first day of the rest of our lifes! hehe! Sort of!

Finishing packing, cleaning the house and getting ready for the QLD to WA journey.

For sure missing friends already but also very excited about the road trip.

We have plans of seing some top spots of Australia, like Blue Montains, Great Ocean Road, Nurllabor Park, Esperance and other pieces and bits.

Over in Bunbury a job is already line up for Terry but before getting real we'll rock out at Fletwood Mac concert and spend Xmas with Sue and family.

For now, just one more thing to say... CAN'T WAIT!!!
