Day 6

29/11
Beautiful morning! and off to ADELAIDE! Another day of full on driving.
We had brunch by the amazing Blue Lake in MT GAMBIER and back on the road. Also interesting was the pink lake on the way and the big lobster. Funny ha!

Checking for a good place to stay around ADELAIDE outskirts, here we are, at the pub of BRIDGEWATER.

Day 5

28/11
In the morning we checked out the famous wood sculptures at GEELONG beach and then ready for THE GREAT OCEAN ROAD!
With a bit of rain, a bit of sun we first stoped at the popular, surfers hot spot, BELLS BEACH (flat that day), then the 12 APOSTLES, which is actually about 7 or 8 left. Enjoying the scenary all the way along, we stoped for lunch at APOLLO BAY and back on the road.

Finally in Warnnabool, off to the good old country pub! and maybe sometime!!! Tempted by the 600g TBone steak and staying for too long we were saved by our gilty conscience.
Back to the ealier found spot by the river mouth, we had a noght cap and passed out! Another lovelly night!

We drove and drove till get to MELBOURNE, once there we checked out the city centre, cafes, parks, central station and the old school buildings, we had a beer and headed off to St Kilda.
Unfortunately Luna Park was close and the beach was not good enough for us. Ha!
Off to GEELONG, desperately needing a hot shower and power! We ended up staying in OCEAN GROVE, at a caravan park by the river.
Nice tea and relaxation! and the bloody rain again!

Day 3

26/11
Wake up 5:00am but too foggy to drive or see anything. Back to bed and finally later on we went tracking in Wentworth Falls which gave us an idea of the Blue Montains area, amazing views. Definetly not a place to get lost in the bush.
Followed by the famous 3 Sisters or/ 1.000 japonese tourists. Anyway, nice!!!
For lunch we stop at a dam by a wind farm. A short drive to the Victoryan border and typically started to rain.
Bit harder fo find a good overnight spot but we did it again. The rest area of JUNEE became our finest hotel for the night.

Waking up in a beautiful spot was great, from there we hit back to the road and ended having breaky on a cool place called OLD BAR. A nice walk on the beach followed by a cold swim.
Driving towards the Blue Montains, NSW, our first stop was GLENBROOK, we checked out the Jelly Bean Pool, and the Red Hands Aboriginal art cave.
Dinner by the lake, in WENTWORTH, a bottle of Pendfolds and a great night of sleep in a hidden spot in bettween the highway and the railway line.
